A tactical, turn-based dungeon crawler inspired by classic Warhammer Quest (90s), with modern mechanics and modular systems, made with GameMaker Studio 2
About the Project
Dungeon Delvers is my ongoing attempt to recreate the feel of Warhammer Quest while adding my own RPG systems and ideas. The project is several years old, and when I return to it, I plan to significantly expand many of the core features.
Planned Improvements
- Verticality: Isometric rooms with stairs, elevation changes, and multi-level layouts.
- Redesigned combat: Based on a Tabletop Simulator play-tested version.
- Progression: Levelling, builds, stat growth, and meaningful gear upgrades.
- Refined luck system: Make it more obvious how luck is gained, how it can be spent, make it easier to gain, and have new ways to spend it
- Multiple party members with synergy between roles.
- Online/Local co-op
- Overworld exploration: Travel between settlements and dungeons with random encounters and events.
