RPG Starter Kit 24th September 2019 Update

-Uploaded the latest RPG Starter Kit File

This include:

• New Textbox system
• State system for player object
• Notification region for levelling up (it should be fairly easy to use it for other notifications too)

Certain things like having two blocks of code for the inventory system still bugs me. There won't be any more YouTube videos and any future updates to this project will be uploaded to Itch (plus updates in the manual or dev logs like this).
